Found hope at work
Today was my first full day working at Twisted Headz in Mentor and as I turned on signs I found this on our ledge. What a blessing sent full of good vibes from such a tragedy. Thank you for sharing and so the stone rolls on…

Spirit
I didn’t know Myka or Kay but their story touched everyone’s heart. At the time of their accident, my oldest daughter was 18 (who did know them) and I just couldn’t imagine what both family members were going through or trying to make sense of it. I’m so truly sorry for the loss of these beautiful girls, now angels. Finding this rock today brought their “spirit” to life again. What a wonderful first rock to ever find!! You are doing wonderful things!

Christmas Joy
These two beautiful rocks were waiting outside the door of the Perry Service Learning classroom when I arrived this morning…
I can’t imagine how challenging this holiday season will be for those grieving for Myka and Kayleigh, but I am choosing to see these rocks as a quiet reminder to honor the girls by bringing joy to others. Whether it was Myka dancing with her students at CARES, or Kayleigh coaxing her kindergartners through an activity, or both of them bursting into my classroom, they exuded joy. Thanks for the visual reminder that bringing joy to others is a powerful way to keep the girls’ memories close to my heart.
