Rock found at First Presbyterian Church – Willoughby

Dear Heather,
I found this special little Christmas Gnome under a little tree in the garden at First Presbyterian Church during the week of Christmas. When I logged on and found the story about Myka and Kay, I was moved to tears. It’s so hard to understand why bad things happen, but your crusade to keep their memory alive with this scholarship is a perfect way to honor their contributions and intentions. I am donating to this scholarship, and I wish you peace and comfort in the years to come. Now, to hide the rock again and continue the legacy . . . . !

Merry Christmas

This is the second rock that I have found in memory of Mika and Kay. I found the rock at Perry High School, as you approach th fitness center, on the brick ledge. I feel blessed to have found it.

Walrus Rock

This is the first time I have found a rock. It was found in Mentor at Western Reserve Harley-Davidson. When I went to the website and saw the beautiful tribute to these two young women it really touched my heart. Having lost a son myself I could relate to the family’s heartache. The website, rocks, and the scholarship is a beautiful tribute to two young ladies who left this Earth way too soon.
